ADAM — Anxiety and Depression
Association for Men.
We're a nonprofit mental health organization built specifically for men — because men's mental health has been underserved for too long, and we think it's time that changed.

To make men's mental health support accessible, practical, and free of stigma.
ADAM exists because the gap between how many men need help and how many actually get it is enormous — and largely preventable. We're here to close that gap.
Most men are carrying more
than they let on.
Anxiety and depression don't care how put-together you look on the outside. They affect men at every age, in every profession, in every circumstance — and yet most men never say a word about it. Not because they don't want to feel better, but because there's never been a comfortable, judgment-free place to start.
Mending Minds was built to be that place. Not a hotline, not a crisis center — though we connect you to those too. A real, ongoing resource for men who want to understand what they're going through, find some community around it, and take steps forward at their own pace.
No pressure. No performance. No expectation that you have it figured out before you arrive.
What you can expect
from ADAM.
No judgment
You don't need to explain yourself or justify why you're here. Everyone is at a different point, and all of it is valid.
Vetted resources
Everything in our resource library has been reviewed for accuracy and relevance to men's mental health — not just generic wellness content.
Peer connection
Our community forums let you connect with other men who are navigating similar things — in a low-key, optional way.
Free to access
Core membership is free, because help shouldn't have a paywall. Premium options exist for deeper support, but the basics are always available.
Built for men
Men's mental health has its own patterns, barriers, and needs. We take that seriously rather than recycling generic mental health advice.
No pressure
Use as much or as little as you want. There's no program to complete, no check-ins to miss. It's here when you need it.
Why I built
ADAM.
Most men I know are carrying more than they let on. I've seen it in myself and in the people around me — that quiet weight that doesn't have a name, and the sense that there's nowhere obvious to take it.
ADAM isn't a response to a crisis. It's a response to an absence. Men's mental health has been an afterthought in a space that's genuinely trying to help people — and I wanted to do something specific about that.
If you're here, you're already doing something. That matters.
